FAQs

The Sub-total does not include the GST, but the Grand Total does included GST.

You can absolutely combine phases of treatments.

With that said, we purposefully break up bigger treatments for your comfort. Some procedures require more time or numbing in different parts of the mouth. If these factors don’t bother you, we can absolutely combine treatments.

Please speak with your treatment coordinator and dentist to adjust your plan.

KIV means your MAY or MAY NOT need a treatment, but we won’t know until the procedure is underway. We include this to help you understand all the possible outcomes and costs before you undergo treatment. 

An example of this would be if you needed a crown but we were unsure if the core and post of the tooth is sound. If that’s the case, you would see the cost for that procedure in addition to the cost for a crown that didn’t need any core or post treatment.  

Absolutely. However, we find insurance companies also require a doctor’s letter to explain what and why the patient needs the dental treatment. If you need this, please don’t hesitate to email us at info@expatdental.com
