While we don’t direct bill with any insurance companies, please note the following:
We will help with completion of all insurance paperwork
Completion of all insurance paperwork, including providing insurance letters, explanations from our providers to assist with insurance claims.
We will contact your insurance company to enquire about coverage
We will contact your insurance company to enquire about coverage and treatment options which are covered under your particular plan.
We accept Letters of Guarantee (promises to pay) from your insurance company
We accept Letters of Guarantee (promises to pay) from your insurance company so that you do not have to pay and get reimbursed. We can use the letter of guarantee to claim the payment directly from your insurance company. This is usually for larger priced procedures (surgeries, multiple crowns or fillings, orthodontics, etc.).
Service Warranty
Keep up on your regular routine cleanings and if something breaks, we’ll fix it at no cost. Learn more
